Make sure you download the music net client too, or that you sign up for the music net service. I got a little confused and wasnt sure if I signed up for what I was suppose to. Also if you cancel make sure you cancel both your AOL and MusicNet account, or you'll be charged.
Also, any support dealings with AOL are tedious, they are a little edgy on phone, but not so bad as BuyersAdvantage and those places.

ahhh...i did this offer thinking that it would only cost me $15....well actually they bill per a week but they bill the payment monthly so insead of paying $15 or w.e i had to pay almost $60
